Return policy
- In Taiwan, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the Consumer Protection Act, Mr. Balloon provides members with the right to enjoy the "7-day online shopping appreciation hesitation period". Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. If you have any dissatisfaction with the product after inspection, please do not disassemble it for use, and return it immediately in accordance with the return policy.
- To handle returns and exchanges, please submit an application within 7 days of the arrival of the goods and return the goods, and provide the purchase receipt to facilitate the return of the goods (return and exchange services will not be provided beyond the seven-day appreciation hesitation period).
- When returning the product, please send the purchase receipt together, otherwise no return or exchange service will be provided.
- The company will handle it for you as soon as possible after receiving the product. If the product is defective, the postage will be refunded when the refund is made (the postage limit is $100).
- Overseas shipping (delivery outside of Taiwan) overseas shopping will not accept returns and exchanges except for the defective product itself. Please be sure to confirm the product content before placing an order. If you have any product defects, please use the Internet to contact customer service staff. We will assist you with subsequent related matters.
Online Shopping Returns and Exchanges Standards
- If the product you purchased is defective, please contact the customer service staff as soon as possible after receiving the product and please be sure to keep the product in its original state and package intact, and the customer service staff will deal with it for you as soon as possible.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same item, and item A cannot be exchanged for item B. If you want to change the product item or size, please refund the original product first, and then re-order the product you need.
- For promotional items sold in sets of promotional or optional events, returns and exchanges of individual items are not accepted and the sets of items must be returned together.
- If the product is not defective when returning or exchanging the product, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping fee by himself.
- Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
- More than seven days appreciation hesitation period
- The original shopping voucher is not attached
- Product packaging is damaged and unusable
- Once the balloon product is inflated, if it is not defective Returns are not accepted
